Human Rights Cell in The Oxford College of Business Management is much vigilant in maintaining an equitable environment, which is free from discrimination, sexual, physical or mental harassment, and ragging. The Human Rights Cell creates all possible opportunities to approach the authorities in case of disturbances in any form. The committee monitors the routine activities and ensures that there is no human rights violation in academic related activities that includes co curricular and extracurricular events. The committee also supervises the employees, confirms the neutrality among them, and guides them in addressing and resolving the issues related to human rights violations. Any complaints regarding the violation of Human Rights will be addressed and resolved by forming an enquiry team headed by the Principal and committee members.
