Human Rights Cell
Human Rights Cell in The Oxford College of Business Management is much vigilant in maintaining an equitable environment, which is free from discrimination, sexual, physical or mental harassment, and ragging.  The Human Rights Cell creates all possible opportunities to approach the authorities in case of disturbances in any form. The committee monitors the routine activities and ensures that there is no human rights violation in academic related activities that includes co curricular and extracurricular events. The committee also supervises the employees, confirms the neutrality among them, and guides them in addressing and resolving the issues related to human rights violations. Any complaints regarding the violation of Human Rights will be addressed and resolved by forming an enquiry team headed by the Principal and committee members

Women Empowerment Cell
Women Empowerment Cell contributes its efforts in framing the girl students towards excellence in Social, Cultural, educational and political environment. The cell functions effectively in the institution with Gender Equality and Self Empowerment as its major objectives. The Women Empowerment cell is associated with Voluntary organizations and conducts gender sensitization programmes to enhance the skills of the girl students and to promote their self-confidence. The events and courses like self-defense training, International Days celebrations, Conferences etc focuses on educating unbiased recognition, ethical behavior and self-growth thereby unleashing the abilities of the students. The cell concentrates on the empowerment of both students and faculties altogether in building and maintaining a gender equality environment.

Anti Ragging Cell
The Anti-Ragging Cell has been functioning in accordance to the “UGC Regulation on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009”. Any disorderly conduct whether by words spoken or written or by an act, which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or a junior student, is considered as ragging and is an punishable act. Through the Anti Ragging Cell, a committee has been formed to ensure that no ragging or similar activities are evident in the institution. The institution strictly insists on maintaining a ragging free campus for the students and hence a zero tolerance approach is implemented against ragging and other offensive activities. The cell focuses on creating awareness about the consequences of ragging and addresses the issues based on the complaints and through regular surveillance.

Students Grievance Redressal Cell
Student welfare is the foremost objective of all the functional bodies in the institution. As part of an ongoing effort to ensure transparency in all activities at various stages, the college provides students and stakeholders with an appropriate remedy mechanism for dissatisfaction. This committee directly addresses all complaints related to common issues at the institute level, both academically and administratively. The aggrieved member may submit their petition to the Grievance Redressal committee online or can use the "Drop Box" facility. The Grievance Relief commission will endeavor to send recommendations to the principal for further action. In the event of a false' frivolous complaint (provided), the Grievance Redressal committee shall recommend to the Principal/ Disciplinary authority to take appropriate action against the complainant. Grievance Redressal committee for attaining faster and justifiable resolution investigates all complaints without any bias.
